What are your Office Hours?

How Do I make an Appointment?

Peace of Mine telephone hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. 

Nurse Practitioner appointments are held Tuesday's and Thursdays: please call (404) 381-1178 to schedule. 

Therapy appointments are held Monday through Friday after 3pm: please call (706) 231- 2008 to schedule. 

What can I expect from my Appointment? 

Nurse Practitioner Provider Appointments with Charisse Chitolie, NP 

 

At your initial visit, expect a complete assessment (physical and mental wellness). You will receive referrals for further consultations as needed, Medication Management (initiation of therapy, review of current therapy, and evaluation for effectiveness), Goal Setting parameters, and a individualized Plan of Care to meet your goals.  

Follow-Up visits serve as a opportunity to evaluate your progress and identify any changes that need to be made in your treatment plan.

Therapy Appointments with Dr. Tiffany Pope:

At your initial session, expect a full assessment of your current needs. A tailored care plan will then be put into place that allows for subsequent processing of acknowledge problems at your following appointments.

What forms of Insurance are Accepted?

Peace of Mine accepts Cigna, Aetna, UBH Medicare, Humana, Cigna Medicare & more.

If you don't see your insurance listed above, please call to confirm that it can be accepted.
